I’m Mallory

a voracious learner

who leads with curiosity

& likes to get their hands dirty.

I have 18 years of experience in leadership, founding and scaling multiple companies.

A jack of all trades and master of many, I’ve dug deep into everything from cash flow management to company positioning to sales strategy to operational workflows and system implementation - and I love it all.

I believe success is in the careful measurement of a company’s resources, the embodiment of values, nurturing collaboration through feedback and growth with both clients and teammates, and remaining adaptable to changes in ecosystems and market shifts.
